好久没有来这里,今天去听了一个讲座.是一个校交友会.

有四个顶级人物,是相对来讲

一个是福建劲霸时装有限公司设计总监: 万明亮

一个是福建名人坊呢有限公司总经理: 翁尼压

另外一个是职业服装设计师:刘江宏

还有一个是美女(忘了叫什么名字了):也是设计经理

开始讲话是由这位美女讲话:

她讲话的要点我归纳了一下有一下四点:

1.心态要平,不能浮躁.

2.性格决定命运

3.做人可以低调,但是做事不能低调.

4.学历和能力的问题

接下来是万老板的讲话:

1.讲了一句叫英雄不问出处

2.强调了同学的综合素质

3.问问自己想干什么?要有很强烈的欲望和意识.

后来是刘江宏设计师的讲话:

1.强调是做文化和做市场的区别与各自的优劣程度.

2.文字功底和英语会话能力

3.做一件事情要执着,贵在坚持.

4.要系统的去学习知识

最后是翁经理的讲话:

1.要善于推销自己,先让客户喜欢你.

2.要树立好良好的形象

3.千万不能让客户讨厌你

4.接下来才是真正的推销你的产品

他还说了一句话:推销其实是一门最伟大的职业.

下面是同学问的几个问题:

第一个是问万老板的:你是怎么挑选员工的呢?

他举了一个例子:

a.你谈恋爱了吗?

b.你最关心的人是谁?

c.你尊敬的人是谁?

另外还补充一句话:

要把工作做好，就要把工作当做一门学问.

只要你专心把你的工作做好了，老板是会给你加薪的.

老板是时刻在关心每个员工.

还有值得思考的两点是:

1.你喜欢什么?

2.公司需要你做什么?

把自己认为自己喜欢的事情,你就去做,你就会发现它

是不是真正适合你做的工作?

这个是需要时间的.

要规划好自己将来适合搞技术呢?还是适合搞管理呢?经营呢?

需要自己去思考一下,结合自己的性格好好考虑一下.

一般来讲,外向的人适合搞销售.内向的人适合做技术.

但是不是绝对的,是看你自己的兴趣与爱好.

听完这讲座触动我的是:做事就要努力把一件事给做好.那怕是

一丁点小事.就可以看出你做每件事情的态度.
