After intalling ST2, I click <hide menu> and then it seems be gone for ever.

<F10> doesn't work.

Then I download ST1.4, and click Preferences->General Preferences.

Then a new tab pops up.

It must be the configurations file, I think.

Its path is:

C:\Users\Line\AppData\Roaming\SublimeText\Packages\Default\Options\Application.sublime-options

Then I go to

C:\Users\Line\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 2\Settings\Session.sublime_session

and change all the <"menu_visible": false> into <"menu_visible": true>.

And problem solved!
